Cancelling an appointment can be done up to 24 hours before the scheduled time via telephone only.

If you or your pet are out during the scheduled time and the appointment wasn't cancelled, please contact us as soon as you can. Possibly a new appointment can be made without extra costs. If we haven't heard from you in a timely manner, the costs of the appointment will be charged (without medication costs).

Dierenarts@Home only works by appointment. Please call on 06 - 550 729 20 and make yours today. Services must be payd when provided via cash or debitcard. We do not work via invoice.
